We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Florida Good Life order.
Garden Consultation Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
A one-time fee is required to schedule a garden consultation. This fee is non-refundable. I understand things come up - you can reschedule up to 1 times with 48 hour notice for no additional charge and a subsequent time for a reschedule fee.
Store & Nursery Return/Refund Policy
Free Returns & Exchanges Within 30 Days:
All products, except seeds and seed cells, can be returned within 30days of the delivery date as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging. There are no restocking fees, and we will cover the cost of the return shipping label.
Please note that any shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable.
Please start your return by emailing inquiry@floridagood.life.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether or not your return is approved.
If you requested a refund, you will then be automatically refunded the cost of the product less the cost of any shipping paid, via the originalpayment method you used to purchase your item(s). Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
If you requested an exchange, we will process a replacement order after we receive your return. We will automatically email you the tracking detailsonce the exchange item(s) have shipped.
Returns After 30 Days:
You are able to return products after 30 days of the delivery date; however, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please reach out to inquiry@floridagood.life with the subject line [Order # Return] and let us know which items you’d like to return. You will then receive a pre-paid shipping label for the return package- please note that the cost of this shipping label will be deducted from your refund total.

Returns Purchased During a Promotion:
Please note that special promotions do not fall within our standard return policy. If you wish to return something purchased during a promotionperiod, please contact us at inquiry@floridagood.life. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Damage, Defects, and Missing Pieces:
Upon receiving your item(s), please inspect fully for any issues, defects, or damage. If you notice that something is wrong with your order on arrival - such as pieces are missing or a product is damaged - please contact us immediately and send photos to inquiry@floridagood.life. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Digital Download Refund Policy
Since there is no way to return a digital product, at this time there are no refunds granted to digital downloads. If the file was corrupt or never arrived, let us know within 30 days at inquiry@floridagood.life and we will get correct the issue.
